Ship AI. For Real. is a live online program delivered over Zoom under the InspiringX name. Your seat covers the session, materials, community access, and certification as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Prices may change over time; the price you pay is the one displayed when you buy. Your card statement will show INSPIRINGX.
We want every seat to earn its place. Every enrollment in a live InspiringX session, including Ship AI. For Real., is covered by the InspiringX Satisfaction Guarantee.
The promise. If the session does not earn its place, you get a full refund: 100% of what you paid, to the original payment method. You have 14 days from the cohort start date to decide, which covers the full first week of live sessions. Attend, build, and judge it from the inside.
How to request a refund. Email hello@inspiringx.com from the address you purchased with, any time within 14 days of the cohort start date. One of the instructors reads and answers every request. Refunds are processed through our payment provider to your original payment method and typically settle within 5 to 10 business days, taxes included.
Moving cohorts. You can move your seat to any upcoming cohort by writing to hello@inspiringx.com. Moving cohorts moves the guarantee with you: the 14 days run from the start date of the cohort you actually attend.
Fair use. The guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence, and so the instructors are protected from misuse. One refund per person: a refunded seat cannot be re-enrolled at a discount, and refunds cannot be used to retroactively reprice a purchase. Repeated enroll-and-refund patterns may be declined. If a payment issue comes up, write to us before raising a dispute with your bank; we resolve refund requests faster than a chargeback does.
Team seats. Seats purchased for a team carry the same per-seat guarantee, with requests made by the purchaser.
Sessions run on the published cadence. If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer you the next available date or a full refund, your choice.
Slides, notes, frameworks and other materials are for your personal professional use. Please do not resell or redistribute them.
Live sessions are small and interactive. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants; if that happens in your first session, you get a full refund.
